I can't even imagine how this COULD have happened...TWICE!
(At least it wasn't a substitute teacher in the class..)

Yikes...I just had my very first day as a sub (at a HS in Monterey County) and I thought it was rough. But this is crazy!
Makes you wonder what these children have seen at home - if it has happened as they are reporting...
What I haven't been able to determine is if the teacher was actually in the room when these events allegedly took place. Either way, it is profoundly disturbing. I hope that we can get some follow-up on this, though.
