I think it would be 63 cents. I added up the what each of the kids still needed, then I thought I should add one, but one when I double checked my work the kids had enough money to buy the comb so I checked for 64 cents and they just had enough money to buy the comb so I subtracted one more cent and that seems to be the most the comb could cost.

ReplyDelete63 cents. If Angela's money can't help Doreen to buy the comb, she can have only 5 cents at most. So the comb can cost only 5 + 58 = 63 cents at most.
