    1. Does this encourage people to bring a rifle with them as they walk the trails?

    1. It's illegal to carry/discharge firearms in the city limits. (Maybe I'll have to check out bow hunting regulations...)

    2. You get eaten either way...

    BTW, smaller notices posted along the fence say that last sighting was Jan/2006
